Position Details: Facility: Winter Haven Hospital Location: Winter Haven, FL Status: Full Time, hourly Shift Hours: Overnights, 7 on/7off Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No Pharmacy Technician I, under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, responsibilities include: Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department Efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction Required Registration: Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred experience is 1-year Institutional practice or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager. Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
• Required FL Registered Pharmacy Technician License
• Required Registration: Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program
• Required specific skills may also include successfully passing Pharmaceutical Calculations exam.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Preferred experience is 1-year Institutional practice or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.
