Position Summary The Clinical Assistant will support the operations of Quality Prescription Services (QPS), the fraud, waste, abuse, and member safety program for PBM clients with Federal and/or State government lives. The Clinical Assistant will use online databases and other resources to document appropriate recommendations, clinical decisions and responses. Other responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of member files, and the generation, mailing and tracking of member and prescriber correspondence. Assistance testing reports during IT upgrades. The Clinical Assistant supports the QPS department to deliver the highest quality service to client and membership, healthcare providers, and internal partners.

Requirements

  • Valid Arizona State Certified Pharmacy Technician License & Registration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Arizona resident.

  • Previous experience with fraud, waste, and abuse programs.
