About The Position
Responsible for assisting Pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical care for HealthFirst Bluegrass patients and pharmacy customers. Emphasis is placed on providing accurate, prompt, neat, courteous, and affordable pharmacy services.
Requirements
- Requires high school diploma and experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- If certified, requires one (1) year of experience.
- If not certified, requires two (2) years of experience.
- Must become registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
- Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Required)
- Pharmacy Technician registration by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
- Must maintain Pharmacy Technician registration and/or certification through the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Preference will be given to candidates who are certified, but it is not a requirement.
