Description Contributes to the ongoing achievement of the organization's clinical, financial, and service goals through the application of clinical or operational expertise to material resource and change management. Consistently performs daily activities related to the acquisition and disposal of medication product and services. Applies knowledge to the established value analysis process; product utilization reviews and product change management processes' and serves as a liaison between System Pharmacy Logistics and Purchasing and local pharmacies. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to lead change, improving financial, clinical, and patient outcomes and facilitates interactions between clinical and non-clinical staff. Researches and responds to daily inquiries regarding current business applications, systems, or processes from internal and external customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Coordinates with our vendors partners to ensure proactive supply monitoring and initiates countermeasures when product disruptions are discovered. Supports and collaborates with facility operations inventory control. Research trends and generates detailed reports to aid in decision making. Serves as a resource for all levels of management in reporting, understanding, and analyzing department financial performance data voice holds, and update POs.
