About The Position
The Supervisor-Pharmacy Practice is a working supervisor position and, in addition to duties as a pharmacist, will be responsible for the oversight of pharmacy activities in their area of responsibility. This working supervisor reports to the Director/Manager of Pharmacy. The Supervisor- Pharmacy Practice will have direct responsibility for the pharmacist and or technical staff and will work closely with pharmacy managers and other supervisors to support, promote, and integrate pharmaceutical care practices across the health system.
Requirements
- Current Washington State pharmacist license
- Two years of relevant experience as a pharmacist required
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required or additional education if required for licensure
Nice To Haves
- Successful completion of an accredited ASHP pharmacy residency program preferred
- Advanced degree preferred – (PharmD or Masters)
