This individual will support the team with projects related to Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation to help drive growth, improve the affordability of our products and services, and react to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Pharmacy space.

Requirements

Bachelor degree / Master’s Degree
Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings.
Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions.
Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond.
Communication Skills: Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels.
Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities.
