Key responsibilities include scheduling pharmacists for open shifts due to PTO, disability, jury duty, and 'no shows', managing meetings and appointments for the Healthcare Supervisor, maintaining calendars, organizing paperwork and files, creating and releasing work schedules, cascading key communications, coordinating schedules for full-time pharmacists needing extra shifts, maintaining credentialing and licensing compliance, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, supporting store visits, preparing salaried pharmacist payroll, providing pharmacy recruitment support, and managing the pharmacy intern program. The position also entails general office duties, special assignments, and continuous personal development through training.
