This full-time Pharmacy Resident position is located at Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN, within the Pharmacy Department.

Requirements

• Pharmacist obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Enrolled OR graduate of an accredited Pharmacy degree program required.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: You aren't just entering data; you're verifying that physician orders are safe and appropriate before they hit the patient profile.
• Clinical Collaboration: You'll act as a consultant within a multidisciplinary team, likely managing specific protocols like anticoagulation or antibiotic stewardship.
• Technical Precision: The role requires hands-on compounding and dispensing, ensuring the right dose reaches the right floor.
• Education: You are the bridge between complex pharmacology and practical application for both the nursing staff and the patients themselves
