The Pharmacy Quality, Accreditation & Patient Safety Manager serves as a key leader in advancing Fairview Pharmacy Services' commitment to high reliability care, regulatory excellence, and continuous improvement. This role oversees pharmacy accreditation and patient safety initiatives, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while fostering a culture of safety across the pharmacy enterprise. The manager partners closely with operational, quality, and safety leaders to analyze risk, interpret data, implement improvement strategies, and maintain continuous survey readiness.
