We are looking for a Pharmacy Operations Administrator to join our clinics. Acting as the primary liaison between pharmacy staff and leadership, this position oversees scheduling, payroll, billing, licensing, credentialing, and overall operational workflow. This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing operational efficiency, managing financial oversight, and supporting pharmacy personnel to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The Pharmacy Operations Administrator provides strategic guidance on daily operations, leads process improvement initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and healthcare regulations. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and the overall effectiveness of pharmacy services within the organization. Plus, other duties as assigned.
