And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Product Management Team with the maintenance of an ever-changing pharmacy portfolio. Coordinate logistics for pharmacy products through the entire product lifecycle; this includes interacting with respective teams and stakeholders outside the department. Conduct research and analysis to execute actions (both manual and automated) across multiple operating systems. Complete daily audits to verify compliance with standard procedures. Communicate with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the organization, ensure priority requests are escalated to the correct department leaders. Analyze basic sales data, customer insights, and market trends to help identify opportunities for improving Product Management strategies. Ability to work closely on a team, interacting often over the course of a business day. Role Progression Apply functional knowledge when assisting with the development and execution of Product Management Strategies, including: product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Build reports and dashboards to track and communicate product performance, market metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Interpret feedback from retail locations and make informed decisions on how to provide store support.

Requirements

  • Education level of a high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior work experience of 0-2 years in a relevant field of Pharmacy Services or Category Management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of business.
  • Basic understanding of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Some Experience in tools such as Microsoft Access, Stibo Operating Systems, and SQL.
