Requirements
- Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. (Passing NAPLEX/IL MPJE scores & Illinois pharmacist license to Human Resources within 120 days of hire. Any exceptions to the 120 day requirement will be reviewed on a case by case basis ).
- ACLS certified within 30 days of hire.
