About The Position

Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week max. Scheduled shift may vary depending on the department. Monday through Friday 7:30-5:30pm, Saturday 9-3pm. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. (Passing NAPLEX/IL MPJE scores & Illinois pharmacist license to Human Resources within 120 days of hire. Any exceptions to the 120 day requirement will be reviewed on a case by case basis ). Required ACLS certified within 30 days of hire. Requirements

  • Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy.
