SIGNING BONUS! BCDI is adding a full-time Pharmacy Nurse Coordinator to our growing team! The Pharmacy Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical and pharmacy activities for the BCDI Pharmacy patients affected by bleeding disorders, clotting disorders, and other blood conditions. She/he shall be the primary contact person for BCDI Pharmacy patients, will assess patients' conditions, provide or assist with patients' evaluation and treatment, provide patient education, and conduct in home visits. Salary Range: $84,000-$87,000 dependent upon experience

Requirements

  • Current Illinois R.N. nursing license.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience.
  • Team oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with peers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency including experience working in EMR system(s) a must.

Responsibilities
