Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree. Since this is in the Pharmacy space, we are also open to Pharmacy related degrees of study.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Robohead a plus
- Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Update the letter inventory - we currently have a library of all the letters we currently use. This is a living library and so we need to meet with all the various teams to ensure that we have the latest and greatest letters in our library, delete any that have been sunset, and add any new letters that have been implemented.
- Review all the letters for accuracy - This would be checking for updates, changes, branding, regulatory, appeal attachments, etc.
- Create P&P for updating letters for all LOB - Making sure that moving forward we have a well documented process for any changes, specifically regulatory, replacements, new NOA, etc
- Create P&P and training with ROBOHEAD - Help the team to use this application and document the process
