Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree. Since this is in the Pharmacy space, we are also open to Pharmacy related degrees of study.
  • The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with documentation and synthesizing information into clear summaries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eligibility to work in the US: Medica does not offer work visa sponsorship for this role. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. Employment is contingent on verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with Robohead a plus

Responsibilities

  • Update the letter inventory - we currently have a library of all the letters we currently use. This is a living library and so we need to meet with all the various teams to ensure that we have the latest and greatest letters in our library, delete any that have been sunset, and add any new letters that have been implemented.   • Review all the letters for accuracy - This would be checking for updates, changes, branding, regulatory, appeal attachments, etc.
  • Create P&P for updating letters for all LOB - Making sure that moving forward we have a well documented process for any changes, specifically regulatory, replacements, new NOA, etc Commercial most important
  • Create P&P and training with ROBOHEAD - Help the team to use this application and document the process
