About The Position

Pharmacy Manager – Multi-Site Role (Greenfield, OH; Waverly, OH; Washington Court House, OH) Adena Health System is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations across multiple sites. This dynamic, traveling role ensures exceptional pharmacy services while supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily pharmacy operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with state/federal laws, policies, and accreditation standards. Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff, including hiring, evaluations, and performance management. Collaborate system-wide on strategic planning, process improvements, quality initiatives, and program development. Manage budgets, staffing, and inventory while maintaining high ethical and professional standards. May serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge at any Adena Health System site and work across areas including Inpatient, Ambulatory, Retail, Clinical, and Specialty Pharmacy. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
  • Current Ohio Pharmacy license required
  • 3–5 years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated leadership, initiative, and team management
