About The Position

This posting is open exclusively to current AL DOC incumbent employees. NaphCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to maximize the daily operations of our pharmacy, with a strong focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred). The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes, and monitoring compliance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting (pharmacy technician experience preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements and workflow optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume or institutional pharmacy setting (e.g., long-term care, correctional, mail order).

Responsibilities

  • Optimize daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing.
  • Implement and manage processes to improve workflow efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance accuracy.
  • Identify bottlenecks and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.
  • Monitor and implement quality control measures to reduce errors and improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with leadership identify and address compliance issues.
