Requirements
- Skills: Strong communication, independent judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, quick learner, organizational excellence.

- Licensure: CPhT strongly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years required; 3–5 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Deliver legendary care through custom medication management services.
- Work seamlessly with hospital clinicians—face-to-face and over the phone.
- Educate patients on how our pharmacy services enhance care and improve outcomes
- Grow the specialty pharmacy’s patient population through proactive engagement.
- Ensure medication adherence with outbound check-ups and refill coordination.
- Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with insurance issues, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
- Manage data, document accurately, and support operational excellence.
- Stay current through education, networking, and professional development.
