Requirements

Experience: 2+ years required; 3–5 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

National certification (CPhT) preferred but not required
Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology is a plus!

Responsibilities

Deliver legendary care through custom medication management services.
Work seamlessly with hospital clinicians—face-to-face and over the phone.
Educate patients on how our pharmacy services enhance care and improve outcomes.
Grow the specialty pharmacy’s patient population through proactive engagement.
Ensure medication adherence with outbound check-ups and refill coordination.
Answer, resolve, and triage inbound inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Assist with insurance issues, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to elevate patient care.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
Manage data, document accurately, and support operational excellence.
Stay current through education, networking, and professional development.
