Hours: 40 hours per week/ 10 weeks Summer 2026 (onsite) Rotating weekends throughout the 2026-2027 school year Sept- May (hybrid) Location: Children's Wisconsin Milwaukee, WI

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Doctor of Pharmacy Program (must have completed the second year in pharmacy school as defined by the Pharmacy Examining Board).
• Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
• Ability to interpret written and verbal instruction
• Provides services in a setting where there is potential for exposure to blood and other high risk body fluids, chemotherapy agents, communicable disease and hazardous materials, chemicals, and waste.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with medication histories and/or non-sterile compounding is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, the pharmacy intern II independently completes medication histories
• compounds non-hazardous oral medications
• completes department clinical projects
• performs related duties as assigned.
