The Pharmacy Education and Development Coordinator plays a critical enterprise-wide role in advancing a cohesive, standardized approach to professional education and staff development across Pharmacy. This position supports and manages programs that drive caregiver growth, including the pharmacy intern program, APPE student experiences, and ongoing staff development initiatives. Working with a high level of independence, the coordinator helps build, evaluate, and sustain education programs, ensuring resources, credentials, and continuing education requirements are current, consistently tracked, and aligned across the enterprise. With a strong focus on quality assessment and continuous quality improvement, this role identifies opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of training programs while driving measurable results that support caregiver excellence and long-term professional development. A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with no weekend, holiday or on-call requirements.
