Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License
  • Language Skills: Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Certification: Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for prescription inquiries, refills, shipping issues, and general pharmacy concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Order Processing: Initiate and process prescription requests, perform data entry, and escalate issues requiring pharmacist intervention.
  • Documentation & Systems: Accurately document interactions in Epic Hyperspace and maintain patient records while navigating multiple systems.
  • Compliance & Quality: Follow HIPAA and pharmacy regulations, meet performance metrics, and ensure confidentiality and service excellence.
