As a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Pediatric Infectious Disease at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, you'll collaborate closely with the Pediatric ID inpatient consult service, providing expert clinical support and performing key antimicrobial stewardship activities such as rapid diagnostic response and prospective audit and feedback. You'll co-lead the Children's Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee, contribute to multiple ID and Infection Prevention initiatives, and help shape system-wide strategies to optimize antimicrobial use across the Cleveland Clinic Health System. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical excellence, leadership and innovation in pediatric infectious disease pharmacy practice. A caregiver in this role will work day shifts from Monday through Friday. Requirements include every 8th weekend and 1 holiday per year.
