As our Resident Pharmacist, you will complete an intensive post-graduate training program, developing advanced clinical skills and expertise to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care and optimize medication safety. Every day you will rotate through diverse clinical settings, providing direct patient care under supervision. You'll evaluate medication regimens, make evidence-based recommendations, monitor therapy, and educate. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary participation, research, and contributing to quality initiatives. To succeed, you'll need exceptional clinical knowledge, strong critical thinking, excellent communication for team collaboration/education, and a profound commitment to learning, patient safety, and advancing pharmacy practice. Self-motivation and adaptability are essential.
