Pharmacist Resident - Pharmacotherapy
About The Position
The Pharmacy Practice Residency is a one-year post-graduate residency program with a focus in an ambulatory care practice setting. This program is approved by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) and aims to advance the resident's pharmacy practice beyond entry-level professional competence. It provides the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care. The position is with Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, where caregivers are valued and empowered in a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration, Or Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
- Within 120 days of hire, or as outlined by specific program policies, whichever is sooner: Washington Pharmacist License
