About The Position
Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the pharmacist intern shall prepare, dispense and distribute medication and provide clinical monitoring and drug information in a manner, which ensures optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited pharmacy school.
- Current California Pharmacy Intern license.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in unit dose, IV admixture, and therapeutics.
