About The Position
Here at the Oklahoma Forensic Center the Pharmacy is looking for a pharmacist who would perform professional level work in filing prescriptions, dispensing drugs and compounding pharmaceutical preparation; provide the immediate supervision of the pharmacy staff in the absence of the Director of Pharmacy; perform related work as required. Levels are distinguished based on the complexity of assigned duties, the level of expertise required for completion of work assignments and the responsibility assigned for the supervision of others.
Requirements
- Level III- Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma plus three years of experience as a pharmacist; or a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma.
- Level II- Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma plus one year of experience as a pharmacist.
- Level I- Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
