About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Pharmacist I to support clinical and dispensing operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role involves preparing and dispensing medications, providing pharmacological guidance to interdisciplinary care teams, and ensuring safe, effective medication therapy for patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
• 0–2 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
• Active Pharmacist license (state requirements apply)
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a timely manner in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Review and resolve questions related to formulary and non-formulary medications
• Provide dosing and therapeutic recommendations based on patient-specific factors such as age and pharmacokinetics, using evidence-based literature
• Monitor patient drug therapies for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness
• Educate patients on medication use, including: Proper dosing and administration Adherence to prescribed schedules Potential side effects Drug-drug interactions
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
