Pharmacist Floater
About The Position
The Pharmacist Floater is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience and inspiring associates to deliver excellent customer service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customer returns. Key responsibilities include achieving sales and profit goals for the department, controlling established quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly scheduling and staffing technicians to meet business needs. The Pharmacist Floater will monitor all functions, duties, and activities for the department and is expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
