About The Position
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. SUMMARY The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
- Hospital Internship Rotation
- Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
