Position in this function is responsible for building and maintaining Epic Medication (eRx) Records. Works closely with operational partners to implement requested changes. Identify opportunities for workflow and application maintenance improvements. Responsible for representing Epic Willow team in projects and collaborating across applications teams. Leads Willow driven projects and collaborates with operational subject matter experts and application team members. Follows Change Management protocols including adhering to build standards, testing and quality assurance practices and technical documentation requirements. Will provide non-prime call support. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Requirements

  • Licensed pharmacist (active license)
  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacist

Nice To Haves

  • Certification/Proficiency in Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory. New hire without will be asked to complete Certification/Proficiency shortly after hire date
  • 2+ years of experience using and/or maintaining Epic Willow applications

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain ERX/medication records in Epic
  • Perform updates to medication data as clinical practices change
  • Collaborate with operational pharmacy partners and across IT teams to support pharmacy related Epic applications
  • Support additional pharmacy applications such as Omnicell as needed
  • Participate as an individual contributor within the pharmacy solutions team
  • Non-prime call support
