Manage pharmaceutical trading operations, ensuring high-quality service and ethical distribution of medications. Developing and executing sales proposals to recruit pharmaceutical manufacturer donors, analyzing supply chain trends and regulations, coordinating medication acquisition, implementing strategic growth initiatives, ensuring FDA and other regulatory compliance, tracking performance and reporting, and leading sales enablement and training for new Account Executives. Strong ethical sales acumen, adaptability in an entrepreneurial setting, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and being a results-oriented, collaborative team player.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Strong ethical sales acumen
  • Adaptability in an entrepreneurial setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented, collaborative team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree and preferably two or more years of proven experience in outside sales, marketing, or account management, with experience in the pharmaceutical or non-profit sector being a significant asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmaceutical trading operations, ensuring high-quality service and ethical distribution of medications.
