About The Position

In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. Demonstrates intimate level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving the following areas: Supply Chain and Operations management, Operationalizing business strategies and transforming the end to end supply chain (including: planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, service) Lean Operations, Six Sigma, and IT enablement of key business processes is preferred.
Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics industries; End-to-end supply chain / network strategy and transformation; Supply chain analytics, , supply chain technologies (strategy, master date mgmt., tech platform integration, etc.), ERP transformation; Supply chain operating models and organizational design; Process improvement and automation across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, services; Utilizing specialization in developing Service strategies, driving change, business transformation initiatives and turnaround scenarios to achieve maximum results; Analytical skills in financial analysis; Deploying Digital strategies and innovations to improve supply chain performance; Managing teams through the design and implementation of people, process and technology changes, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, fostering a productive teamwork environment, leveraging diverse views to encourage innovation, and helping develop and grow team members throughout the course of every engagement, providing timely and meaningful feedback; Exhibiting capability in thought leadership, the development of intellectual property (IP), and marketing and promotion of IP; Supporting incremental business development opportunities, and where possible, identifying new business opportunities including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing; Leveraging industry contacts to make introductions and connect the firm to potential clients (short term or long term); Maintaining an active rolodex and pipeline of executives; and, Working to maintain, expand, and mature those over time.

Responsibilities
