About The Position

The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, creator networks / agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. The BR/Latam Marketing and Content Programming Manager will work across North America and South America's LIVE Operations team to build strategies, content programming, and B2B event execution to tell the TikTok LIVE story and value proposition. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internet content platform companies, being insightful in content trends worldwide.
  • Experience in content programming, creator management, influencer marketing and demonstrated ability to rapidly scale existing business models
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to analyze data and identify trends that inform strategic results
  • Experience in project and program management with history of successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives; motivated by results and impact

  • Familiar with creator and brand operation
  • Strong influencer marketing experience working with brands
  • Knowledge in Live-streaming and short video

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for high quality Live entertainment content growth through official programming, to bring more creativity and value to TikTok Live.
  • Design and execute scalable growth strategies, on the basis of deeply understanding entertainment content ecosystem, creator and brands' needs.
  • Conduct research on entertainment industries worldwide, to discover new opportunities.
  • Drive XFN integration with regional creator management, creator network management, enablement, and campaign teams alongside central product and governance teams to build mutual goals and reduce execution friction
  • Develop processes, best practices, and templates that allow us to replicate Professionally Generated Content (PGC) show successes across the region
  • Leverage data and report on content and program successes.
