About The Position

With a history that spans over 27 years and a team of over 65 pet sitters, we are eager to welcome someone who shares our love for animals and our commitment to excellent service. Ideal Candidate: You're capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. You possess strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients and pet sitters alike. A proactive problem-solver, you spot potential hitches before they become hurdles. A seasoned navigator of the administrative sphere, you're as familiar with managing schedules as you are with calming a feisty feline or leading a leisurely dog walk. Living within or near the Buckhead area is a plus, you may need to assist in a dog walk during the day. Your Role: As the first point of contact, you'll manage a busy influx of emails, schedule requests and calls. Scheduling appointments that consider both the clients' needs and our team's logistics. Ensure every pet is partnered with their perfect pet sitter, considering personalities and logistics with every match you make. Knowledge of Atlanta’s geography will be key to efficiently coordinate our team across various locations. Hiring pet sitters who fit our company culture. Requirements

  • Good with technology, especially web-based applications, and knowledge of Atlanta to route our pet sitters in the most efficient and effective way.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar office environment, demonstrating your organizational skills and ability to thrive in a quick paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as your role will bridge the gap between our clients, pet sitters, and management.

  • Living within or near the Buckhead area is a plus, you may need to assist in a dog walk during the day.
