We resolve human-wildlife/pest conflict in homes and commercial spaces. We remove nuisance animals and pests from structures that often pose a risk to human health. Requirements

  • General knowledge of tools, basic home repair, and comfort working on roofs / ladders is required. These skills are critical to be successful.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs and in small spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and under decks. You must be able to physically access and inspect these spaces safely and efficiently.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 80lbs above your head (extension ladders, equipment, etc).
  • Must have a valid drivers license. A motor vehicle records check will be run.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
  • Must be able to pass state pesticide applicator licensing exam and maintain licensing (study materials and guidance will be provided).
  • Must be able to work efficiently with a small team and on group projects.
  • Excellent team working skills and communication among co-workers is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Inspections - Assessing new customer pest issues. Extreme attention to detail is required to properly identify pest evidence in attics, garages, basements, crawl spaces etc.
  • Sales - You will be taught our system for pricing jobs after assessing clients needs and writing detailed proposals.
  • Service - Service includes the application of pesticides and trapping of mice, squirrels, raccoons and other wildlife. Occasional removal of live animals such as birds, squirrels, bats and snakes.
  • Minor home repairs (pest exclusion) to prevent future pest entry including basic rough carpentry, metal bending, caulking etc.
