About The Position

Join American Pest as we celebrate 100 years of bug-busting brilliance in 2025! Are you outgoing? Motivated? Not afraid to take on ants with righteous fury and a professionally calibrated sprayer? Then congratulations, you might be exactly who we're looking for. At American Pest, we believe in Trust, Integrity, and Quality (TIQ!), but we also believe work should be fun. Pest control attracts people from all sorts of backgrounds - delivery drivers, servers, retail workers, military veterans, lawncare, and folks who've mastered the art of not freaking out when something crawls into their field of view. If that's you, we can train you up into a full-fledged Pest Control Technician! You'll travel the region defeating invaders of the 4-plus-legged variety, protecting homes and businesses, and becoming the pest superhero your customers will remember forever . You'll diagnose pest problems, create treatment plans, and deliver service with honesty, empathy, and a smile big enough to charm even a spider. Maybe. Founded way back in 1925, American Pest has proudly spent a century keeping homes and businesses comfortable, safe, and pest-free. We're a fast-growing, tech-forward company with more than 450 amazing team members, and we're part of Anticimex - a global leader in modern pest management. Around here, we value Trust, Integrity, and Quality, but we also believe in being friendly, supportive, and just the right amount of fun. Every day, our teams work hard, help people, and keep our communities moving forward (with far fewer critters).
