About The Position

Provide courteous, prompt and excellent member service remotely through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). Answer all incoming calls, processing a variety of financial transactions and giving general account and loan information in a pleasant and professional manner. Build relationships by suggesting appropriate products and services to fit the members’ needs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Similar or transferable experience required
  • Excellent member service skills
  • Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, Face Time, Video Conference, etc.)
  • Comfortable on camera, maintaining a friendly and professional appearance
  • Proficient computer skills, including ability to operate multiple monitors and software systems
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of duties
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexibility in workings hours
  • Dependable with a good attendance record
  • Candidate will need to have a home space that can accommodate a large backdrop for on screen video purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process transactions of all types such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, through video session with the Interactive Teller Machines
  • Answer member inquiries and provide appropriate suggestions to financial needs
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Clearview services, products, policies and procedures
  • Keep abreast of promotional and marketing mailings
  • Uphold member confidentiality, following security and fraud prevention policies and procedures
  • Build relationships by educating members on Clearview products and services to help them live a better life.
  • Work a variety of shifts based on operational needs
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions, remotely or in person, set by your manager
  • Meet average call volume goal and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle other duties as assigned
