Personal Trust Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Trust & Investment Management Division Duncan, OK Onsite Position LOCATION 16S 9th St Duncan,OK 73533 HOURS Full Time ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Assist Personal Trust Administrators Assist with client phone calls Greet clients and staff as they enter the office Process receipts and distributions as instructed Opening and closing accounts on the trust accounting system Assist with maintenance of accounts on the trust accounting system Prepare client review reports Scan trust information to electronic archive Assist customers while Trust Administrators are out or unavailable Foster positive customer/client relations Responsible for electronic document retention and filing Assist with special projects Primary initial point of contact for customers, in person and over phone Other job related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good client communications skills Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask with accuracy Must be detail-oriented, accurate, dependable and a self-starter Ability to use independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality Good analytical skills Basic working knowledge of investments and banking is helpful Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Basic working knowledge of investments and banking is helpful PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
