About the role We are looking for full-time, 40 hours per week, Personal Trainers/Fitness Floor Attendants to work at our client site in Libertyville, IL. You will be responsible for designing customized workout programs and training our members based on their needs. You will also provide exercise floor supervision and interact with members and program participants within the fitness center. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule, between the hours of 5am-9pm

Requirements

  • Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
  • Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required by start date.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
  • Current flu vaccination required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs.
  • Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
  • Other duties as-needed/assigned.
