This Personal Shopper position is responsible for fulfilling a customer’s online curbside order. The role aims to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by offering remarkable service at the curbside pick-up area, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership, presenting a courteous and friendly attitude, and responding to customer questions and needs, escalating complaints to leadership when necessary. The Personal Shopper will receive workflow from a dashboard, select and bag products according to standards, store products correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines, greet customers, and process payments. Maintaining a clean and neat work environment is also required.
