This role assists management with supervising associates in assigned areas, specifically overseeing and executing the Sam's Club ecommerce plan, including Club Pick Up and Ship From Club programs. The lead trains associates, assigns duties, provides feedback, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. They are responsible for maintaining facility safety, resolving member complaints, auditing customer orders, and identifying and implementing solutions to improve CPU efficiencies. The position also involves providing direct member service, maintaining sales floor and merchandise presentation, and overseeing the picking and staging of club pick-up orders. The lead is expected to develop and implement business processes, promote ethics and integrity, and participate in team collaboration, while embodying the company's values of Respect the Individual, Act with Integrity, Serve our Customers and Members, and Strive for Excellence.
