The Personal Shopper Lead assists management with the supervision of associates, ensuring duties are assigned, goals are communicated, and training is provided. This role is responsible for maintaining facility safety, supporting and overseeing e-commerce programs like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, and supervising associates involved in these programs. The lead executes and improves the Sam's Club Pickup plan, provides excellent member service, maintains sales floor presentation, and oversees the picking and staging of orders. Additionally, the position involves developing and implementing business processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethics, and leading teams by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting integrity, and striving for continuous improvement.
