About The Position

We’re supporting a growing independent insurance agency seeking a Personal Lines Senior Sales Agent who enjoys pace, ownership, and closing business. This role is ideal for an experienced Florida personal lines producer who wants consistency, autonomy, and room to grow their book.

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty license
• Experience writing Florida homeowners and auto
• Familiarity with Citizens
• Proven sales production in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable closing, following up, and building long-term client relationships

Nice To Haves

• Non-standard auto experience
• Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
• Write and service Florida auto and homeowners policies
• Proactively generate new business through inbound, referral, and self-generated leads
• Assess client needs and present tailored coverage solutions
• Resolve underwriting and eligibility issues, including Citizens
• Move quickly — response times and follow-up matter
• Own the client experience from first contact through binding and handoff
• Track production and retention metrics and take accountability for results
