Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager

Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team in Rehoboth, MA. Requirements
- 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience and a valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Applied Epic; able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood), ensuring accurate placement and underwriting
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs, resolving inquiries promptly, and recommending appropriate coverage
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client protection and satisfaction
