About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Sales Agent to join our team. This is a sales-only position – not a customer service, administrative, or support role. The Personal Lines Producer is a driven, customer-focused sales professional responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. This role is critical in helping individuals and families find the right coverage for their homes, autos, and personal property. You’ll be the face of our agency, guiding clients through coverage options and building lasting trust.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy
High school diploma or equivalent
