Responsible for interacting with clients on complex accounts, devising creative solutions for coverage and costs. This role will exercise discretion and judgment on significant accounts, including negotiating pricing, interviewing clients, and analyzing information. This role will also implement company policies based on client circumstances, assist producers with cross-selling personal lines to commercial agents, handle new VIP accounts, and negotiate with underwriters. Responsibilities will also include quoting, participating in outside sales, seminars, and acting as the Carrier liaison.
