About The Position

Personal Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to contribute to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C).
Active P&C license is required.
Proficiency in using Advisors Assistant or similar insurance software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to the role.

Responsibilities

Quote and manage new and renewal business for personal lines insurance accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
Collaborate with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage options.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing and potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Advisors Assistant software.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
