About The Position

Personal Lines Producer Hybrid / Flexible | Lakewood, NJ A well-established, growing insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Producer to join its Personal Lines team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in standard personal lines who is interested in long-term growth and career advancement & future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Active P&C license
• Strong background as a Personal Lines Producer (standard personal lines required; HNW a plus)
• Ideally 5+ years of experience, though flexibility exists for the right professional drive and skill set
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Coachable and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Produce new Personal Lines business with a focus on standard personal lines and ideally some exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) accounts
• Manage and grow a large, established personal lines book
• Work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and team to support renewals and retention
• Build long-term client relationships through consultative sales and service
• Operate autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and follow-through
• Utilize AMS360 (preferred, not required)
